Wholesale Shipping & Orders
Wholesale orders are NOT eligible for our retail free shipping offers. It is simply impossible for us to offer wholesale rates, and free shipping.
We’ve provided estimated shipping rates for wholesale orders, however this may need to be adjusted after the order. If the shipping ends up costing less, we will offer you a refund or credit. If the shipping will cost more, we will reach out to let you know, so that you can arrange to pay the difference. Please feel free to reach out before placing your order if you would like us to provide a firm shipping price.
We will reach out once we have received your order to discuss order fulfillment. This will include your desired delivery date, back ordered items, and other details relevant to your order.
Orders are typically shipped within two business days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays) out of Woodstock, New Brunswick. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, and the courier we can use. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have a special request, such as a rush order, send us and email prior to placing your order, and we’ll get back to you with options.

If you would like us to include a gift message, or direct shipping, please be sure to include these details with your order, and double check you have entered the ship to address accurately. If you are unsure that you’ve entered the information correctly feel free to get in touch! We want your gift to be perfect, and would be very happy to hear from you. Shipping Outside Canada and the US
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in stocking or ordering our products from outside Canada please get in touch and we can discuss options.
We are happy to provide a full refund for any unused products returned within 30 days of receipt of the product. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as customs and duty fees. After 30 days, all sales are final. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used products.
If the product is defective or arrived damaged, send us an email and include pictures within 10 days of receiving the product. We will assess the extent of the damage and potentially provide a full refund.
Products purchased from our stockists are subject to the return policies of that stockist. We do not accept any returns of products purchased from our retailers/stockists.
