Blooming Wild sells products directly to consumers (retail) and to approved wholesale partners.
Wholesale accounts are available by application only and subject to approval. Wholesale pricing, minimums, promotions, and terms differ from retail and are provided separately. Retail promotions do not apply to wholesale orders unless explicitly stated in writing.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Free shipping, free gifts with purchase, discount codes, and other promotions are retail-only and are not available on wholesale orders.
Blooming Wild reserves the right to modify pricing, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice.
Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before shipment unless alternative terms have been approved in writing.
Blooming Wild reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Retail Shipping
Retail orders typically ship within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from Woodstock, New Brunswick.
Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
If you have a special request, including rush shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
We are not shipping internationally at this time. for US customers you can find our products at the Green Jungle Beauty Shop, they ship to the US!
Wholesale Shipping
Wholesale orders typically ship within 4–6 business days from Woodstock, New Brunswick, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Shipping timelines may vary based on order size, destination, and courier availability. Tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.
Rush orders are not guaranteed and must be requested and approved prior to placing an order.
Gift Messages & Custom Orders (Retail)
Gift messages and direct-to-recipient shipping are available for retail orders. Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.
Custom gift sets may be available by request. Please contact us by email to discuss options prior to ordering.
Shipping Outside Canada & the United States
At this time, Blooming Wild does not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.
If you are located elsewhere and interested in ordering, please contact us to discuss possible options.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final unless otherwise approved.
Returns and refunds are handled case by case and are accepted only in special circumstances, such as damaged or defective items.
Used products are not eligible for return.
Approved returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs or duty fees.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include clear photos. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.
Products purchased from Blooming Wild retailers or stockists are subject to the return policies of that store. Blooming Wild does not accept returns for products purchased through third-party retailers.
