Shipping & FAQ's

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship to Canada & the US. For international orders please get in touch.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes on their orders.

Local Delivery/Pick-Up

At present we are unable to offer local pick ups or delivery services. Please see our list of stockists to see if our products are available locally!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure payment systems: Stripe We also accept e-transfers. If you have questions about alternative payment methods please send us a message.

How long will delivery take?

We ship via Canada Post, UPS & Purolator depending on location. Delivery can be anywhere from 3 – 12 business days. We can also provide delivery upgrades, if you have a rush order let us know and we’ll provide you with shipping options.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store but you can find us at select retailers

When will my order ship?

We require 2-3 business days to ship orders. We do our best to consolidate orders so that our couriers only come twice per week. This is better for the environment and we hope you agree!

That said, if you have an urgent shipment we’ll do our absolute best to help you get what you need, when you need it!

Returns

If you have any concerns or problems with your order, please get in touch. Product returns will be handled on a case by case basis.
