Shipping & FAQ's

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship to Canada & the US. For international orders please get in touch.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes on their orders.

Local Delivery/Pick-Up

We can deliver to Woodstock NB or can arrange to have you pick up your order.

For local purchases please select Local Delivery in the check out and you won’t be charged shipping. Please be sure to list your phone number/email and contact information so we can make arrangements.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and process payments through secure payment systems: Paypal and Square. If you have questions about alternative payment methods please send us a message.

How long will delivery take?

We ship via Canada Post, UPS & Purolator depending on location. Delivery can be anywhere from 1 day to 8 days. We can also provide delivery upgrades, if you have a rush order let us know and we’ll provide you with all of the options.

Do you have a physical store?

We do not have a physical store but will update our website with details when our product is available at select retailers in Canada. If you are interestred in carrying our products please get in touch.

When will my order ship?

We require 2-3 days to ship orders. We do our best to consolidate orders so that our couriers only come twice per week. This is better for the environment and we hope you agree!

That said, if you have an urgent shipment we’ll do our absolute best to help you get what you need, when you need it!
