How Quickly Do Orders Ship?

Large wholesale orders can take 7-10 business days to ship from our studio. Smaller orders generally ship in 3-4 days. If your order is urgent, just reach out and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you!

Why does it take so long?  To ensure we are sending out the freshest product possible, some items are made fresh to order. In addition to this, for a superior product we cure our soap for a minimum of six weeks. Although we aim to never run out of soap, when we do, the curing time simply can’t be rushed. We are confident that it is worth the wait!

Can I Order Free Product Samples Before Making a Wholesale Order?

If you are a NEW Wholesale Partner and would like to try our products before making your first wholesale order, simply purchase your full-sized samples at retail prices. You can do this by checking out as a regular customer or a guest.

If you decide to place a wholesale order with us, we will issue a 50% credit for quantity one of each of the items you order that you previously purchased as a sample. ( Limit of one unit per product | Shipping excluded )

What is Your MOQ (Min. Order Quantity)

Your order must be at least $250CAD before taxes and shipping fees. Otherwise, you won’t be able to check out and place your order. To discuss this please reach out to charlotte@bloomingwild.ca

How Do I Place An Order?
As soon as you login with your Wholesale Account, head to the Shop page, Add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
You can also email us with your order request and we’ll handle the paperwork or give us a call.
When Are Payments Due?

Orders are payable and due before the release of shipment. You can pay for your invoice with cheque,credit card or via e-transfer.

For NET30 accounts, you must have an established relationship with us, and will be required to complete a credit application. Please email us for details.

How Much Will Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs depend on your geographic location. We take great care in obtaining the best possible rates. If you would like a shipping estimate before you place your order please get in touch.

We are unable to offer free shipping or flat rate for wholesale orders. Any free shipping promotions shown on our website only apply to our e-commerce retail store.

Do You Offer Local Pick-up?

Yes, we offer local pick-up. If you would like to pick up your order from our farm in Belleville, NB, simply select “free local pick up” as your shipping option and we’ll send you an email to schedule a time/day for you to pick up your order.

Do You Offer Testers?

Yes, all wholesale partners can access product testers, for display purposes only. You will find these as an option with many of our products. If you don’t see an option for a tester on the website drop us a quick email and we will add it for you.

Why are Some Items Not Available At Wholesale Prices?

Items in our marketplace that are not manufactured by Blooming Wild, including our essential oils and candles are not part of our wholesale offering. Additionally, our Limited Edition | Craft Series items are not offered at wholesale. These items are made in very small batches and were not designed to be shipped in bulk quantities.
